LONG-TERM TREND INDICATOR

BULLISH

Past Predictions

This Indicator monitors the “behavior” of the markets so we may time the smaller ups and downs accordingly.

BULLISH
When overbought, markets correct. When oversold, markets rally.

BEARISH
When overbought or oversold, markets continue their course and do not reverse so quickly.

As you can see, when markets are overbought, in a BULLISH market we would go to the downside, in a BEARISH market, we go to the upside. We do the opposite.

On Wall Street, when there is a BULL market, investors go long. When a BEAR market, investors do the opposite, they go short.

The Long-Term Indicator (or Major Trend) alerts us when to do the opposite.
